CARE HOME FEE FUNDING
We fight for your rights

Miller Cooper Consulting is here to help you obtain the funding that you are entitled to.

We believe that the NHS saves £5 billion a year due to patients self funding their care home costs. Not a small sum we are sure you'll agree, however as the NHS budget for 2014/2015 is £113 billion that comes to just 4.42%

Our UK call centre is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and you will speak to an operator, not a machine.

About Us

Miller Cooper Consulting Ltd (registered in England No. 4121820) was established in December 2000 and since then has succesfully campaigned for consumer's rights in a variety of sectors. We have obtained many millions of pounds for our clients in compensation that they were entitled to, but had been denied.  Since the beginning of 2012 we have operated almost exclusively in the Care Home funding sector.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration No. Z2970618), and we are also authorised by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of claims management activities in the financial sector (Authorisation No. CRM 29223), although we must point out that this authorisation covers other business activities. The pursuing of funding for Care Home fees is not regulated by the Ministry of Justice.

We are currently acting for hundreds of patients and their families who we believe are being incorrectly denied the funding that they are entitled to.

The NHS introduced a deadline of 30th September 2012 for retrospective claims, but  there is nothing to stop us making claims on behalf of patients currently residing in care homes. We may also be able to obtain funding from Social Services.

If we can establish that the patient qualifies for Continuing Health Care by proving that they have a Primary Health Need then the NHS has no choice:

THEY MUST PAY TOWARDS THE COST OF CARE

REGARDLESS OF ANY BUDGETARY CONSTRAINTS.

ONLY 13% OF PATIENTS ARE RECEIVING CONTINUING HEALTH CARE FUNDING (NHS FIGURE)

THE NHS HAS ADMITTED THAT PATIENTS HAVE NOT BEEN TREATED FAIRLY WHICH EXPLAINS WHY, ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, CLINICAL COMMISSIONING GROUPS HAVE SET ASIDE MONEY FOR CONTINGENT LIABILITIES.

£55.6 MILLION IN 2011/2012

INCREASED TO £660.5 MILLION IN 2012/2013

Thousands of families are being unfairly denied millions of pounds in Care Home Fees, don't be a victim of injustice.
